Somatic pilates

Somatic Pilates is feeling contentment with yourself and others through the practice of movement. You will release suppressed emotions and encourage your body to rest, repair and strengthen. You get out of your mind and into your body, creating a continuous space to be free to live the life you choose.

Sessions will resume Autumn 2025.
